We respect your privacy and process only the data needed to provide and improve VKMONTE services.
1) Data we may collect
- Contact data: email, name, phone number (if provided).
- Support & messages: requests to support and related content.
- Technical & diagnostics: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance data.
- Usage data: basic analytics events (for improving the app).
- Location (if used by an app): approximate or precise location for service functionality (e.g., maps, delivery, taxi-like features).
- In-app content (if used by an app): chat messages and files you send inside the app.
- Payments (if used): payment status/transaction identifiers from providers; we do not store full card details.
2) How we use data
- Provide and operate the service (account access, features, support).
- Improve performance, stability, and user experience.
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse protection.
- Notifications (if enabled), including service updates.
3) Third-party services
- Google Firebase may be used for Authentication, Cloud Messaging (push), Analytics, Crash reporting, and Storage/Database depending on the app.
- Payment providers (e.g., Stripe) process payments. We receive confirmation/status, but do not store full card data.
- Other providers may be used for hosting, email delivery, or technical monitoring as needed.
4) Sharing of data
- We do not sell personal data.
- We share data only with service providers needed to operate the app (analytics, hosting, messaging, payments).
- We may share data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
5) Data retention
- We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6) Security
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
- No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.
7) Your rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- You may withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable (e.g., marketing notifications).
8) Children
- Our services are not intended for children under 13.
